Flaws and gaps have persisted through the several iterations of PolyMet's environmental review and its documentation.

Prior to release of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (Draft EIS), was the Preliminatry Draft EIS (PDEIS), and before that, the "Complete" Preliminatry Draft EIS (CPDEIS). These documents are listed below with links to their sections.
