THE PRESIDENT'S AMERICA'S GREAT OUTDOORS INITIATIVE

President Obama launched a national dialogue about conservation in America in April.  Minneapolis was one of only 20 cities hosting free public forums.  There also was an online form to receive your comments and ideas via the America's Great Outdoors website.

They asked four questions at the forum.

1. What obstacles exist to achieve your goals for conservation, recreation, or reconnecting people to the outdoors?
2. What is working in your community?
3. How can the federal government be a more effective?
4. What tools and resources would help your efforts be more successful?
