NOTE: Mr. Gedicks will be giving a presentation on "Extreme Mining in Wisconsin: from Crandon to Mountaintop Removal of the Penokee Hills" at the annual meeting of the Wisconsin Network for Peace and Justice (WNPJ) on Saturday, October 8 in Madison from 12:30 to 2:15 pm. The session will begin with a showing of his documentary film on the Crandon mine battle, Keepers of the Water (38 minutes). Frank Koehn, president of the Penokee Hills Education Project has been invited to join this discussion.
